Our policy is also transferable to new tenants.

12 Month Rent Guarantee

 

Covers 100% of rental payments up to £50,000

 

Our 12 Month Landlords Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses Insurance will protect you from defaulting tenants by paying you 100% of your rental payments (up to £50,000) which is paid directly to you in the event your tenant defaults On their rent.

 

 Covers legal expenses up to £50,000

 

The Rent Guarantee also provides insurance to cover up to £50,000 for legal expenses associated with removing the tenant via the eviction process.

 

 50% of rent paid for 2 months after the tenant is evicted

 

To help with the costs of replacing the defaulting tenant and to bridge the gap between tenancies, our landlord rent guarantee pays out 50% of the rental value for an extended 2 month period AFTER you gain vacant possession of your property.

 

 Rent guarantee policy is transferable to new tenants

 

Our rent guarantee can be transferred to your new tenants should you change tenants during your 12 month rent guarantee policy. Your new tenants will need to pass a tenant reference check.

 

 Nil Excess

 

There is no excess to pay should you need to make a claim.
